Tailor Fable ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website tailorfable.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have.

2. What data we collect

We currently collect only the following:

• Email address — when you voluntarily sign up for our early access list.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, photos, or any other personal data at this time.

3. How we collect your data

Your email address is collected through the signup form on our website. The form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form submission service, which forwards the data to us via email. Web3Forms processes this data on our behalf and does not use it for any other purpose.

4. Why we collect your data (legal basis)

We collect your email address based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give this consent by voluntarily entering your email and clicking "Join". We use your email solely to:

• Notify you when Tailor Fable launches or becomes available for early access.
• Send occasional updates about Tailor Fable (no more than once per month).

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How we store and protect your data

Your email address is received via Web3Forms and stored in our email inbox. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. We do not store personal data in any separate database at this time.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected (e.g., if the early access programme concludes). You can request removal at any time.

7. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses a small number of cookies for essential functionality:

• Cookie consent — we store your cookie preference in your browser's local storage so we don't ask you again.
• Third-party cookies — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) may set cookies for security and performance purposes. In the future, affiliate tracking cookies may also be used when you click through to a retailer.

We do not use analytics tools or behavioural tracking scripts. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

8. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Web3Forms — to process form submissions. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.
• Google Fonts — to load typefaces. Google may collect your IP address when fonts are loaded. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — to host and serve our website. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses for security and performance. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

9. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
